  14. I use Win 95 with the Dial-up adapter.  The modem connects and 
  15. then drops the connection.  AT16 is always DTR dropped.  This 
  16. happens with both of my ISP's, who use USR 28.8's, and with 
  17. USR's BBS. My old 14.4 works great with everything. I have had 
  18. no helpful response from  USR product support and the local 
  19. vendor doesn't want the modem back. Any ideas outthere 
  20.
